Our classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings and marked with a red letter that corresponds to class plan:
A Technique and 4 Directional hand/foot technique
B Patterns
C Sparring and Step Sparring
D Self Defense
6:30 - 7:30 pm: White Belt to Black Belt (all ages)

Tournaments that Loyalist TKD
has participated in:
Kelowna Martial Arts Championships, May 08, 2010. Hosted by Quest Martial Arts Academy and Master Zaleski of Kelowna, BC. Tournament contestants were: Weston Alaric and Aubrey Laveck. Alaric received Gold for Patterns and Silver for Sparring in the Black Belt Division. Aubrey received Gold for patterns, Gold for Jumping High Kick and Bronze for Sparring in the coloured belt division.
Kelowna Martial Arts Championships, May 09, 2009. Hosted by Quest Martial Arts Academy and Master Zaleski of Kelowna, BC. Tournament contestants were: Weston Alaric, Travis Pulleyblank, and Eric Thiessen. Alaric received Bronze for Sparring and Patterns; Thiessen received Gold for Sparring.
Open Championship,
Oct 4, 2008 - Valleywide Taekwondo Tournament, Penticton, BC. This event was a open
tournament for all styles of Taekwon-do including ITF, WTF, and GTF and was
held at Princess Margaret Secondary School. The tournament was attended by
many school all over BC, many of which reside in Kelowna. Loyalist's Weston
Alaric competed and received a gold for patterns and bronze for sparring. He
has obtained his red belt and is training for his black stripe. Weston is a
very enthusiastic individual when it comes to competition which was evident on
Saturday.
Global Taekwon-do Federation World Championships, July 15-19, 2008. Hosted by GTF President, Vito Palella of Weston Warriors, Toronto, Ontario, and held at Humber College. Over 20 countries participated with over 700 participants including over 300 Black Belts.

April 2008. Hosted by Kelowna Martial Arts. Tournament contestants were:
Cason, Buzz, Chase, Joshua, Mathew, Seamus, Weston
